Stopped here for a late lunch on our way from Grand Canyon to Sedona. The space has a cool ambiance and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. Check out their home made veggie burger and Tower Station beers!

They dont know how to sit you. Lots of tables open but they will say, 25 min wait. I would go there 30 years ago, looks the same but worse. This restaurant has never updated, old worn out tables and chairs, broken floors, gross bathrooms. Food is ok, but a chicken sandwich and 2 beers will cost you $55 plus tip. This place is a has-been.

I had never heard of European coffee and especially being from a big city I wad quite intrigued. Honestly it was the story behind this place makes the simplicity of the offerings special. Rhe menu may look a little complicated, but the coffee is not. If I lived here I would definitely come back again and again.

The tale of two businesses. There is a brewery and a restaurant operating out of the same space. The brewery folk were clearly unhappy and not helpful. The restaurant side was the exact opposite. The attitudes couldn’t be anymore polarizing. If you want a great pizza stop in. If you wanted a beer go elsewhere.

The food is good, but kinda limited, the beer is average at best, you have to wait in line for like 10 min to do anything, like order another beer, order food, take a leak. The only service we got was someone bringing us our food. It was like $68 for two beers and 2 sandwiches. Oh and having to pay $16 to park was the sh*tty cherry on top. Not gonna go again.

Pulled in late on a Monday, beat after driving 800 miles in one day. Absolutely burnt, and had scoped out my options - SoSoBa was a nice inviting bowl of ramen on a chilly night. I ordered and recieved the Katsu ramen. It smelled funky off the bat, the broth was lukewarm, and the carrots and egg were outright cold, as in fresh out of the fridge. Me and my compadre walked out without paying, and when we were followed out due to lack of payment, I said "poor quality." The worker replied "You guys are poor quality, f*** you" The good: place was packed on a Monday night, and the vibe is good inside. The bad: absolutely terrible inedible food.

Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them is what truly defines great service. During our dinner, an unfortunate accident occurred where chili oil spilled over my clothes. While the initial floor experience wasn't ideal, the owner, Tyler, stepped up immediately with unmatched professionalism, empathy, and humor. He fully compensated the damages via Zelle within minutes of reading my email and took genuine steps to address the setup. Incredible ownership and customer care.
