Lived up to the hype. Friendly staff, fun/clean interior and delicious food. The Hen Potatoes (rosemary roasted tri-color) were incredible. My basic breakfast and cup of coffee was $25 with tax/tip which felt a bit on the high side but judging on the weekend lines out the door … the demand exists.

Go to Hell! My group hosted a casual gathering in the underground room while conferencing in MSP this month. And I attended an event on another evening. Everything was fantastic, from booking with Jolene to working with Alisha and the team on the evening of our reception. The food was good, the photo booth was fun, drinks were awesome, and everyone had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend!

I've eaten here in the past and it was amazing. Recently we did not have that experience. The staff were friendly but misinformed us about pricing throughout the evening. We saw an add on Facebook for 49 dollars for all the finest cuts of meat. When we got the bill we were told the "finer" cuts of meat were not included. During our meal there were tiny flies we kept needing to swat away. When we ordered a drink they told us it was happy hour and drinks were 1/2 off. Later we were told the drink we ordered was not included in the 1/2 off deal. The waitresses and bartender kept coming to the table to see what it was that we needed and it felt as they were trying to push us out. Its sad as I used to love this place and how hospitable they were. We more than likely will not be returning.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a bar, and it happened on my birthday!! I had multiple girlfriends fly in from out of state to celebrate with me, and I wanted to take them to Cowboy Jack’s for a fun night. I had never been before but had heard good things about it. We arrived around 10 PM, and the line was already very long. Since we had never been there before, we did not know what to expect. We got in at the end of the line. After waiting a while, my friend and I thought maybe we could get in a little sooner if we explained it was my birthday. From our hometown that is normal and we thought it wouldn’t hurt to just ask a question. They said no which is not an issue at all so we retuned to our original group in line. As we were walking back, a male bouncer physically grabbed us, yelled at us, and accused us of cutting the line. We immediately tried to explain that we had been waiting a while and had only gone up to ask a question before returning to our group. We were respectful and repeatedly tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding, but he continued yelling over us and would not listen. We were then told by the same bouncer that we were banned from entering AT ALL because he claimed we were being rude when we were simply trying explain what happened and how we just asked a question. I had just turned 22, and all of my friends were 21. We were visibly upset and had tears in our eyes, repeatedly explaining that it was my birthday and asking him to understand that it was simply a misunderstanding. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he continued yelling at us and physically put his hands on us. At one point, he hit our birthday hats off our heads, causing them to fall to the ground and break. Regardless of whether there was a misunderstanding about the line, I do not believe anyone should be physically handled or spoken to and disrespected in this way. We were a group of young women trying to celebrate a birthday, and the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. It feels like it was a power trip from this violent man towards a group of young girls. I came expecting to have a fun birthday weekend with friends and instead left feeling humiliated and shaken. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Cowboy Jack’s.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience Thanks to Kathryn! Manny’s Steakhouse is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Kathryn on their team! Her personality, energy, and recommendations made this experience absolutely unforgettable. I came in, ordered a 10 ounce hamburger that honestly changed my life, and just when I thought I couldn’t eat another bite, Kathryn somehow convinced me to indulge in a decadent dessert with chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream. And let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed! 😂 Great food is one thing, but exceptional service from someone who genuinely loves what they do is what makes a restaurant memorable. Kathryn is a true gem, and I hope management knows just how much value she brings to this establishment. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I visit Minneapolis. Excellent experience!!!!
