Milner's Gate in Twin Falls is an impressive restaurant with an impressive staff, a special shoutout to Emiliano for the incredible service! The beer was standard, but the food and dining experience really made the visit memorable. ​If Idaho had an official street food, their Idaho Nachos would be it. The potatoes were crispy on the outside, creamy inside, and somehow never got soggy under the cheese sauce. Topped with a generous portion of tender pork, it was fantastic, it just needed a bit more sweetness to balance the vinegary red onions, a touch more flavor in the cream sauce, and extra pico. ​The Salmon Wellington was a truly impressive triumph. The pastry stayed perfectly crispy without getting soggy, the salmon was juicy, and the combination of spinach and rehydrated mushrooms was spot on (though the cheese sauce leaned slightly salty). Even the kids' meals impressed with a delicious spiced meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and great chicken tenders. It was a generous portion. ​We finished with the Honey Blossom Crème Brûlée, which was super sweet, bursting with floral and honey notes, and topped with a perfectly crackled sugar crust. Overall, a great spot!

Staff greeted my dog and myself. They prepared a combination of steak and chicken for my dog for only $10. Everything about my meal was fantastic including the huge side salad that came with chef prepared vinaigrette dressings that were the best I’ve enjoyed!!!

came in with my boyfriend and best friend we are not from twin falls and wanted to try something local during our road trip. cutest little bar and grill all 3 of us said we would come in and just sit at their bar top till close! great atmosphere for sure! we had a little technical difficulties at first my partner is allergic to onions and the server must’ve forgot to implement it in his order. perfectly fine they replaced it immediately and were so kind. the waitress was young and it wasn’t a big deal at all! there was another little mishap with my best friends garlic parm fries as well but that manager that runs that bar and grill is so generous and genuinely kind he was communicative through everything that was going on etc and we are all so appreciative of him! the food was delicious regardless!!! if we go on another road trip that way we will definitely be back to sit at that bar top haha!!

Ok...so I'm not from Idaho. First timer in Twins. Lovely state for all who are reading this. Loving the high desert too. I'm in true awe. Hit this little coffee shop had a savory crepe and a coffee. I want to especially give a shout out to Jennifer our server. Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional service.... Three adults two (fun, messy 8-) children)...Professional, kind, friendly, attentive and all the things - handled it all with the utmost aplomb. I'll be back. For sure!!!
